Long Screw Drilling Machine

Deboom's Long Screw Drilling Machine including two type moving device and can piling the pile diameter to 600-800mm.

Drill rod and drill bit:

Drilling machine uses screw drill rod and flange coupling. There is no valve at the bottom of the drill rod, so that it can stop silt leaking into the center tube. Moreover, the tube can open automatically when concrete or slurry is injected in by force.

  Power Head:

The power head consists of two wind cold motors, a speed reducer, an elbow, a pulling yoke, and a sliding block. When working, the two motors revolve the high speed shaft of the speed reducer through their couplings to pass power to the low speed shaft, then the low speed shaft revolve the drill pipe though its flange. The low speed shaft, being a hollow shaft, connects the syphon through a sealing device.

Moving device:

Electromotion caterpillar travel type and step moving type are adopted for walk mechanism, which bring a good result of convenient movement, high efficiency, low troubleshooting and low maintenance cost. The crawler of electromotor caterpillar travel type touching the ground is 2.8 to 5M, and every step stroke is 1.2M to 2M, bring up great convenience to construction.
